Telephone Systems Training
At LEXIS telecom, we see training as a central part of every solution
we put together. From an extension user who is in the office two days
a week, to the operator who takes hundreds of calls a day, to the administrator
of a multi-site voice and data network, we ensure that the correct training
is given.
We offer our customers not merely a “train the trainer” service,
although our aim is always that, having successfully completed our courses,
attendees feel confident enough to train others.
Users will be trained either individually or in small groups (depending
on the nature of their responsibilities). Our experienced and fully accredited
trainers will usually conduct courses on-site in order to minimise disruption
to everyday business activities.
